Ernst I Von was born about 1370. Ernst I Von's father was Heinrich VII Von Honstein and his mother is Anna Guelph. His paternal grandparents were Heinrich VI Von Honstein and Mechtild Von Orlamunde; his maternal grandparents were Magnus I+ Guelph and Sophie Von+ Brandenburg. He was an only child. He died on June 12th, 1426 in Aussig--killed..General Notes
