Joan De was born in 1380 in Upholland, Lancashire, England. Joan De's father was Thomas De+ Holland and her mother was Alice+ Fitzalan. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas De+ Holland and Joan of Wales+ Plantagenet; her maternal grandparents were Richard II+ Fitzalan and Eleanor+ Plantagenet. She had a brother and two sisters, named Edmund III De+, Alianore De+ and Margaret De+. She was the second oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 54 on April 12th, 1434.General Notes
