Adelheid Zu was born before November 12th, 1293. Adelheid Zu's father was Kraft I Zu Hohenlohe and her mother was Margareta Von Truhendingen. Her maternal grandparents were Friedrich Von Truhendingen and Margareta Von Andechs. She had a brother and a sister, named Kraft II Zu and Agnes Zu. She had a half-brother named Konrad Zu.
