Sarah Hinshaw 
Sarah was born on June 4th, 1808 in Randolph Co., NC. Sarah's father was Ezra Hinshaw and her mother was Phebe Hobson. Her paternal grandparents are Thomas Hinshaw and Rebecca Marshall; her maternal grandparents were Charles Hobson and Sarah Beck. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Reuben, Abijah, Zimri, Rebecca, Lydia, Selina and Nancy. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 74 on January 2nd, 1883 in Cass Co., MI.General Notes
