Thomas Gilpin

Thomas was born on July 23rd, 1700 in Bermingham, Chester, PA. Thomas' father was Joseph Gilpin and his mother was Hannah Glover. His maternal grandfather was George II Glover and his maternal grandmother is Alice Lamball. He had five brothers and eight sisters, named Samuel, Joseph, George, Isaac, Moses, Hannah, Ruth, Lydia, Ann, Sarah, Alice, Mary and Esther. He was the fifth oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 66 on October 25th, 1766 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware.
