Grant Eastin

Grant was born about 1866 in IL. Grant's father was Dodson Franklin Eastin and his mother was Cynthia Belle Jones. His paternal grandparents were John II J. Eastin and Nancy Ann Thorp; his maternal grandfather was Stephen C. Jones and his maternal grandmother is Sarah Jane Kelly. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John J, Elza Dayton, Stephen Franklin, James Harvey, Ellsworth, Oscar, Nancy Jane, Sarah Frances, Rosa and Mary. He is the sixth oldest of the eleven children.
