Benjamin Dixon

Benjamin was born on September 21st, 1766 in Orange Co., NC. Benjamin's father was Simon Dixon and his mother was Elizabeth Allen. His maternal grandparents were John Allen and Amy+ Cox. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, John, Jesse, Solomon, Simon II, Naomi and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 72 on April 5th, 1839 in Chatham Co., NC.
