Richard William Penn Curzon 
Richard William Penn was born on December 11th, 1796. Richard William Penn's father was Penn Assheton Curzon and his mother was Sophia Charlotte Howe. His paternal grandparents were Assheton Curzon and Esther Hanmer; his maternal grandparents were Richard Howe and Mary Hartopp. He was an only child. He died at the age of 73 on May 12th, 1870.General Notes
