Sarah Cox 
Sarah was born about 1696 in New Castle, DE. Sarah's father was John Cox and her mother was Rachel Embree Carr. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas+ Cox and Christian+ Matthews. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Richard, William, Joseph, Thomas, John Jr., Ann and Amy+. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died on April 2nd, 1755.General Notes
