Alexander+ was born about 1260 in Of, Buchan, Aberdeenshire, England. Alexander+'s father was Alexander+ Comyn and his mother was Elizabeth De+ Quincy. His paternal grandparents were William+ Comyn and Marjory Of+ Buchan; his maternal grandparents were Roger De+ Quincy and Helena Of+ Galloway.
