Richard Falley Cleveland 
Richard Falley was born on January 19th, 1804 in Utica, Oneida, NY. Richard Falley's father was William Cleveland and his mother was Margaret Falley. His paternal grandparents were Aaron II Cleveland and Abiah Hyde. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Francis, William Falley, Margaret and Susan Sophia.
