William Neal Cleveland 
William Neal was born on April 7th, 1832 in Windham, CT. William Neal's father was Richard Falley Cleveland and his mother was Anne Neal. His paternal grandparents were William Cleveland and Margaret Falley. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Richard Cecil, Stephen Grover, Lewis Frederick, Ann Neal, Mary Allen, Margaret Louise Falley, Susan Sophia and Rose Elizabeth. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 74 in 1906.General Notes
