William Cecil 
William was born on March 28th, 1591 in Westminster, Greater London, England. William's father was Robert Cecil and his mother was Elizabeth Brooke. His paternal grandparents were William Cecil and Mildred Cook; his maternal grandparents were William Brooke and Frances Newton. He had a sister named Frances. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 77 on December 3rd, 1668.General Notes
