Frances Cecil 
Frances was born in 1593 in Westminster, Middlesex, England. Frances' father was Robert Cecil and her mother was Elizabeth Brooke. Her paternal grandparents were William Cecil and Mildred Cook; her maternal grandparents were William Brooke and Frances Newton. She had a brother named William. She was the younger of the two children. She died at the age of 51 on December 14th, 1644 in Yorkshire, England.General Notes
