Charles Cecil 
Charles was born in 1619 in Westminster, England. Charles' father was William Cecil and his mother was Catherine Howard. His paternal grandparents were Robert Cecil and Elizabeth Brooke; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Howard and Catherine Knyvett. He had three sisters named Elizabeth, Anne and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 40 in September 1659.General Notes
