Mary was born on November 30th, 1704 in Pamunkey River, King William, VA. Mary's father was Thomas Jr. Carr and her mother was Mary Dabney. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Carr and Mary Lucy Garland; her maternal grandparents were Cornelius D` Aubigny and Susanne Swan. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Samuel, Ann, Catherine, Agnes Mary and Sarah Dabney. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 86 on January 21st, 1791 in Caroline, VA or Granville, NC.General Notes
