James McGehee

James was born in 1724 in Albemarle, VA. James' father was William McGehee and his mother was Mary Carr. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Jr. Carr and Mary Dabney. He had three brothers and a sister, named John March, William, Samuel and Catherine. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 49 on September 20th, 1773 in Albemarle, VA.
