William Canaday

William was born on July 17th, 1795 in Knox Co., TN. William's father was Charles Canaday and his mother is Sarah Russell. His paternal grandfather is John Canaday and his paternal grandmother was Margaret Thornburgh. He had a brother and five sisters, named Nathan, Margaret, Mary, Phoebe, Sarah and Charity. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 51 on June 14th, 1847 in Henry Co., IN.
