John Canaday

John was born on October 16th, 1797 in Lost Creek Mm, Jefferson Co., TN. John's father is Bowater Canaday and his mother is Mary X. His paternal grandfather is John Canaday and his paternal grandmother was Margaret Thornburgh. He has four brothers and four sisters, named Russell, Bowater, William, Walter, Sarah, Jane, Margaret and Anna. He is the third oldest of the nine children.
