Joseph Brinton 
Joseph was born on January 30th, 1692 in Bermingham, Chester, PA. Joseph's father was William Brinton and his mother was Jane Thatcher. His paternal grandparents were William Brinton and Anne Bagley; his maternal grandparents were Richard Thatcher and Jane Stevens. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William, Edward, Mary and Ann. He was the oldest of the five children.
