George Brinton 
George was born on December 27th, 1739 in Thornbury, Chester Co., PA. George's father was Joseph Brinton and his mother is Mary Pierce. His paternal grandparents were William Brinton and Jane Thatcher. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, John, James, Moses, William, Mary, Jane, Hannah and Phoebe. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 59 in 1798.General Notes
