Mary Ann Brandenburg 
Mary Ann was born in July 1850 in Hutton Twp., Coles, IL. Mary Ann's father was William Henry Brandenburg and her mother was Elizabeth Jane Tucker. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Preston Brandenburg and Eliza Alizan Williams. She had two brothers and six sisters, named John W., Willard Arnold, Sarah Jane, Zobedia A., Lydia E., Allizan, Amanda and Alamarinda. She is the second oldest of the nine children.General Notes
