William Bond 
William was born on September 18th, 1792 in Surry, NC. William's father was John Bond and his mother was Mary Huff. His paternal grandparents were Edward Bond and Elizabeth Ann Mills. He had six brothers and three sisters, named John, Nathan, Jesse, Joshua, Caleb, Joseph, Anna, Mary and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the ten children.
