Heinrich Von was born in 1208. Heinrich Von's father was Leopold VI Von+ Babenberg and his mother was Theodora+ Angelina. His paternal grandparents were Leopold V Von+ Babenberg and Helene+ Arpad; his maternal grandfather was Ioannes+ Angelos. He had a brother and four sisters, named Friedrich II Von, Agnes Von+, Konstanze Von+, Gertrud Von and Margareta Von. He was the second oldest of the six children.
