Siegfried Von was born in 1230. Siegfried Von's father was Heinrich I Von+ Sachsen and his mother was Irmgard Von+ Thuringen. His paternal grandparents were Bernard III D'+ Ascanie and Judith+ Piast; his maternal grandparents were Hermann I Von+ Thuringen and Sophie Von+ Wittelsbach. He had a brother and two sisters, named Bernhard I Von+, Jutta Von+ and Hedwig Von+. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died after 1298.General Notes
