He was 2nd Lord of Killeen, Meath, Ireland. In 1442 he confirmed asettlement of the manor of Girly made by his grandparents. In 1448 heaccounted to the Exchequer for debts due from his grandfather. In 1449 as" Christopher Plunket ezquire, the younger, Lord of Killen, " he obtainedconfirmation by parliament of a market granted to Sir Luke de Cusak,formerly Lor of the manor of Killeen, in 1372. By the same Parliament hewas excused any penalty for not having built a castle at Piercetown as hehad undertaken to do in 1427.
