Her paternal grandparents were Prince Richard of England -Earl of Cornwall and Sanchia Berenger , of Provence; her maternal grandparents were John FitzAlan and Isabella Mortimer. She had four brothers and a sister, named Edmund (Bryan) De, Richard De John, Geoffrey De, William De and Lamellen. She was the oldest of the six children. She died in 1341 in Howard Chapel, East Winch, Norfolk, England.
