William Holland 
William was born about 1279 in Of, Upholland, Lancashire, England. William's father was Robert de Holand Knight and his mother is Elizabeth de Salmesbury. His paternal grandfather was Thurstan De Holand and his paternal grandmother is Miss De Kellet; his maternal grandfather is William De Salmesbury and his maternal grandmother was Avena (Avina) Notton. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Adam, Robert de, Alan, Elizabeth, Avena and Joan. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died before 1321 in (Sp).-
