Adam Fitz Hubert 
Adam was born about 1045 in Rye,,Bayeaux,Normandy. Adam's father was Hubert de Rie and his mother is Albreda de Preaux. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Ralph, Hubert, Eudes de Preaux, Albreda de and Margaret de. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died after 1086 in ,,of Kent,England.General Notes
3rd son of Hubert de Rie; helped save Duke William in 1047; accompanied the
Conqueror in 1066; helped compile the Domesday report in 1086; held large
estates in Kend under Bishop Odo. Little is known of him or his descendants,
excepting that a Robert de Rie of Kent, probably one of that family, is
mentioned in the Pire roll of 1189. [Falaise Roll, pp. 16-17]
