Ruth Dixon 
Ruth was born on February 21st, 1814.1 Ruth's father was Jesse Dixon and her mother was Catherine Hadley. Her maternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Lydia Beals Hiatt. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Joshua, Caleb, David, Solomon, Jonathan, Hugh, Patience, Abigail, Sarah and Edith. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 71 on February 26th, 1885.1 -
