Edith Dixon

Edith was born in 1829.¹ Edith's father was Jesse Dixon and her mother was Catherine Hadley. Her maternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Lydia Beals Hiatt. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Joshua, Caleb, David, Solomon, Jonathan, Hugh, Patience, Ruth, Abigail and Sarah. She is the second youngest of the thirteen children.
