Mathilda Countess Of was born in 1103 in Boulogne, France.  Mathilda Countess Of's father was "The Saint", King Of Scotland David I and her mother was Matilda Countess Of Huntington.  Her paternal grandparents were "Longneck" Canmore, King Of Scotland Malcolm III and St. Margaret Aetheling , Queen of Scotland; her maternal grandparents were Waltheof Earl Of Northumbria and Judith of Lens. She had a brother named Earl of Huntingdon (Prince of Scotland).  She was the older of the two children. She had a half-sister named Maud De.  She died at the age of 49 on May 3rd, 1152 in Hedingham Castle, Essex, England.  She was buried in Fabersham Abbey, Kent.
