William Robert Skaggs 
William Robert was born in 1897.1 William Robert's father was Robert Lee Skaggs and his mother was Mary Belle Akins. His paternal grandparents were James Allen Skaggs and Synthe Ann Warren; his maternal grandparents are Moses Whitfield Akin and Elizabeth Skaggs. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Edward Moses, Frederick, Ryal, Lester, Homer, Ella, Nora Lee, Myrta and Ann Mae. He died at the age of 21 in 1918.1 General Notes
