Nora Lee was born on January 10th, 1910 in Mason City, Illinois.1 Nora Lee's father was Robert Lee Skaggs and her mother was Mary Belle Akins. Her paternal grandparents were James Allen Skaggs and Synthe Ann Warren; her maternal grandparents are Moses Whitfield Akin and Elizabeth Skaggs. She had six brothers and three sisters, named William Robert, Edward Moses, Frederick, Ryal, Lester, Homer, Ella, Myrta and Ann Mae. She died at the age of 63 on June 23rd, 1973 in Fargo, North Dakota.1 General Notes
