Unknown Skaggs

Unknown was born in 1753.¹ Unknown's father was John Skaggs and her mother is Ruth Bishop. Her paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Zachariah, Charles, John,Jr., Rebecca and Rachael. She is the third youngest of the six children.
