Rachael Skaggs

Rachael was born in 1760.¹ Rachael's father was John Skaggs and her mother is Ruth Bishop. Her paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Unknown. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Zachariah, Charles, John,Jr., Rebecca and Unknown. She is the youngest of the six children.
