Robert Isham Skaggs 
Robert Isham was born on June 30th, 1906.1 Robert Isham's father was Hillery Skaggs and his mother was Fannie Ermine Thompson. His paternal grandparents are John Alfred Skaggs and Mary Elizabeth Pierce; his maternal grandparents were Isham Thompson and Mariah Jane Warren. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Willie Herbert, Jesse Galbert, Grace Lee, Lucy Jane, Nora Ethel, Hazel Irene and Anna Maye. He died at the age of 85 on August 25th, 1991. He was buried in Bell Cemetery, Greensberg , Green Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
