Nancy Jane Skaggs 
Nancy Jane was born in 1840 in Pulaski Co., Missouri.1 Nancy Jane's father was Mastin Skaggs and her mother is Lucy Abbott. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Skaggs and Mary Gore. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacob C., William Abbott, James, Celia, Elizabeth and Lusetta. She died at the age of 74 in 1914.1 General Notes
