Celia Skaggs

Celia was born in 1822.¹ Celia's father was Mastin Skaggs and her mother is Lucy Abbott. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Skaggs and Mary Gore. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Jacob C., William Abbott, James, Elizabeth, Nancy Jane and Lusetta. She died at the age of 91 in 1913.¹
