Charlotte Minta was born on December 2nd, 1919.1 Charlotte Minta's father was Arthur Warner Shannon and her mother is Mae T. Miller. Her paternal grandfather is Warner Shannon and her paternal grandmother was Nancy Ellen Endicott. She had a brother and six sisters, named Bradford Warner, Alma Erma, Helena Ellen, Dorothy Mae, Nancy Ellene, Dolly Evelyn Caroline and Agnes Eva.
