Lillie Irene was born on August 25th, 1906.1 Lillie Irene's father was Edward Rose and her mother was Mary Adeline Keahey. Her maternal grandparents were Archibald Smith Keahey and Martha Elizabeth Robertson. She had two brothers and a sister, named Virgie Lee, Carl Monroe and Nellie Mae.
