Lucy O. was born on November 16th, 1859.1 Lucy O.'s father was Alfred M. Rogers and her mother was Margaret P. Vaughn. Her paternal grandfather was John Rogers and her paternal grandmother is Malinda Wilson; her maternal grandparents are Tarleton Vaughn and Polly Naylor. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Tarleton V., John A., Council Hart, Cynthia E., Ruie Ruth and Mary. She is the third youngest of the seven children.General Notes
