Council Hart Rogers 
Council Hart was born on February 9th, 1867.1 Council Hart's father was Alfred M. Rogers and his mother was Margaret P. Vaughn. His paternal grandfather was John Rogers and his paternal grandmother is Malinda Wilson; his maternal grandparents are Tarleton Vaughn and Polly Naylor. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Tarleton V., John A., Cynthia E., Ruie Ruth, Lucy O. and Mary. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 78 on April 7th, 1945.1 General Notes
