William Francis Pendley

William Francis was born in 1899.¹ William Francis' father was Columbus Byron Pendley and his mother was Glendin Enola McKINNEY. His paternal grandparents were Francis Eslick Pendley and Cassandra B Whitaker; his maternal grandparents were William Minor McKINNEY and Elizabeth Layne. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Cicero Orlando, Homer, Adolphus Randolph, Raymond H, Glenn Grady, Oscar Byron, Lois and Clara.¹
