Oscar Byron Pendley 
Oscar Byron was born in 1903.1 Oscar Byron's father was Columbus Byron Pendley and his mother was Glendin Enola McKINNEY. His paternal grandparents were Francis Eslick Pendley and Cassandra B Whitaker; his maternal grandparents were William Minor McKINNEY and Elizabeth Layne. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Cicero Orlando, Homer, Adolphus Randolph, Raymond H, William Francis, Glenn Grady, Lois and Clara. He died at the age of 59 in 1962.1 -
