Joseph Pendley 
Joseph was born in July 1845.1 Joseph's father was Benjamin A Pendley and his mother was Emily Baucum. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Pendley and Nancy M Childress. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Pryor Lovan, William Isaac, Charles M, Rowland W, Steven Philip, Dicey, Nancy E, Mary F, Rebecca A, Martha J, Celia E, Louvina Isadora and Cordelia. He was the oldest of the fourteen children. He died after 1900.1 General Notes
