Charles M was born on April 22nd, 1853.1 Charles M's father was Benjamin A Pendley and his mother was Emily Baucum. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Pendley and Nancy M Childress. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph, Pryor Lovan, William Isaac, Rowland W, Steven Philip, Dicey, Nancy E, Mary F, Rebecca A, Martha J, Celia E, Louvina Isadora and Cordelia. He was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children. He died before 1900.1 -
