Martha Patsy Paxton 
Martha Patsy was born on February 18th, 1792 in Augusta Co, VA.1 Martha Patsy's father was William Paxton and her mother was Jane Grigsby. Her maternal grandparents were John,3rd Grigsby and Elizabeth Porter. She had six brothers and nine sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, John, Samuel, Benjamin Porter, William,Jr., Betsey, Mary D., Phoebe, Rachel, Sallie, Frances Jane, Agnes Ann, Hannah E. and Verlinda. She was the fourth oldest of the sixteen children. She died at the age of 68 on July 2nd, 1860.1 General Notes
