Hannah Irene was born on June 12th, 1916 in Ethel, MIssouri.1 Hannah Irene's father was Richard Edward, Sr. Owen and her mother was Nina Irene Hazen. Her paternal grandparents were John Edward Owen and Grace Jones. She had five brothers named Richard Edward, Jr., Phillip Paul, Daniel Hazen, Edmund Prys and Ellis Rhys.
