Whitfield Moseley

Whitfield was born in 1827 in Charlotte Co., Virginia.¹ Whitfield's father was Hillery, Jr. Moseley and his mother was Margaret Bouldin. His maternal grandparents were Ephraim Bouldin and Jane Flippen Bedford. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Robert Everett, James E., Charles Hillery, William Stith, Jane Ann, Margaret B. and Martha Ann. He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.
